Subscription/Service Cancellation
- You may request to cancel a subscription or service by contacting us at aiwrker@gmail.com.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Cancellation requests received after the billing cycle begins will apply to the following cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days of service.
Custom Service Orders
- For one-time or custom AI chatbot setups, cancellations are not permitted once work has begun, as resources, time, and third-party services are allocated immediately after payment.
- If you cancel before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Services
As stated in our Refund Policy, all services are non-refundable once purchased, due to the nature of digital product deployment and service costs incurred on your behalf.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if there is:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Misuse of the AI agents
- Abuse, fraud, or harmful activities against our system or staff
